Will I be able (four gifts)

Will I be able

To see Jesus' eyes in my neighbours' eyes
To be prepared for any sacrifice
To think more about my Life still to come
And not to get bitter if people let me down*
...

*The old year is coming to its end, the new one is closer to us.
I am not the type of guy who always has got many New Year's resolutions, yet
above you will find a few of them: they are not resolutions actually, but my gifts-to-be for the Baby Jesus.

Pray that mentioned presents may make Him happy now and always...

Start by doing what is necessary

"Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible."
St. Francis of Assisi
During (m)any Christmas-- although majority of us are happy, cheerful and smiled--  many people are sad because of their loneliness.  Perhaps this year, meaning of your life is gone along with someone close to you.  I myself have suffered from a loss recently.
If you are wondering if your life is worth living right now, replace your thoughts with an image of the Holy Family. Among Them there is a solution to any of your problem -- They know exactly what does it mean to be lonely. They went through it too.
While experiencing pain, try to fight back your gloomy moods with three simple steps:
  • First of all, be persistent in trusting ( as Mary did);
  • Secondly, take every opportunity that is given to you by the Saviour ( God kept Joseph by Mary's side);
  • And be happy with HIM ( at the end God rewarded the trust of the Holy Parents).
With Him impossible is nothing,  so be open to the abundance of possibilities, and remember about the necessity of your holy life - that is the base for your future happiness.

Light of your true Home (They are waiting there for you)

Source: Google search engine
Why are many of us so timid or indifferent when it comes to sharing our faith with the world we live in?  In my opinion committed sins play the greatest part in preventing people from doing their best for Jesus.  But He is the One who came especially to heal sinners. Read the following excerpt from St. Faustina's Diary, any you will understand my point:

Let the greatest sinners place their trust in My mercy. They have the right before others to trust in the abyss of My mercy. My daughter, write about My mercy towards tormented souls. Souls that make an appeal to My mercy delight Me. To such souls I grant even more graces than they ask. I cannot punish even the greatest sinner if he makes an appeal to My compassion, but on the contrary, I justify him in My unfathomable and inscrutable mercy. Write: before I come as a just Judge, I first open wide the door of My mercy. He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice... (Diary, 1146).

That is why -- no matter what your past looks like --  trust in Him, and He will do the rest.  Just like well-known father did to the prodigal son of parable. The later, so reluctant in backing home, eventually believed that there is only one Shelter, only one Love and Mercy. So if you are in pain because of your sins right now try to be persistent, even despite experienced difficulties,  in following the Light of your real Home.

The Spirit of Life

Source: Google search engine
This year, as always, the feast of the Nativity of Christ will be preceded by the remembrance of Mary's Immaculate Conception and of Her protection given to unborn children ( not only these of Guadalupe, Mexico). Then all of us will be happy because of the joy of Baby Jesus, sharing our happiness with  His Holy Family. In my opinion presented order of feasts shows us something extremely important: regardless of what our atheistic culture is trying to tell(or rather not to tell) us about the living tradition of our Catholic faith and Christmas,  not only every Advent Season but also each day of the liturgical year should be filled with the Spirit of Life.

It shall be so for God wants for every one of us the everlasting Life, not sweets, electronic equipments or other gifts.
Let's treat each day as the Advent season: that is as a preparation for a real Gift, the gift of participation in Jesus' Life.

Pray for all of the unborn children and for me, please...Thank you in advance!
God bless.

Enjoyment /Mary's Wisdom/ (poem)

Enjoyment /Mary's Wisdom/

Mary, please tell me how to follow your Son
Whenever I doubt, when there's only pain?

There is one thing you can always do
Despite obstacles, act just as He tells you

Throughout your crosses and disappointments
Drink the Wine of obedience and get the Enjoyment.

Some strange believers ( on the phenomena of so-called new atheism)

Source: Google search engine
Atheism is, unfortunately,  a constant part of some people's way of thinking.
Generally speaking, the one can be split into two branches - the old atheism and the new one.

The first one glorifies scepticism, while the later seems to be based on some kind of illusionary certainty ( "I do not believe that God exists'' of young Edith Stein versus ''I am sure that there is no God, and I will prove it'' of Dawkins).

The second, ''hard'' version of unbelief seems to be much more dangerous at first glance. But please, just take a closer look on this issue: someone who claims that he/she is sure of something, at the same time starts( paradoxically) to be open to the reality of God.

Such person does so by affirmation that there is such thing as a sureness - the beautiful gate that may eventually lead one to the Truth.

PS.  There is always hope. Pray to Mary -especially to Her immaculate Heart - for the conversion of  Richard Dawkins , Sam Harris, Daniel C. Dennett...Perhaps a modern counterpart of St. Paul lives among them or theirs followers.

PS2. Happy Thanksgiving Day to all the friends from the United States of America.

PS3. Pray for me too.

On the fortress of one's heart

Source: Google search engine
Many of knights and lords back in Middle Ages sought alliances with kings in order to gain victory they had dreamed of.
We also are too weak to achieve victory against our temptations, vices, sins, at least without some special reinforcement. So we should -- like before-mentioned medieval warriors -- look for a help of a King, or rather the King, Jesus Christ.
He will help us unconditionally, yet we shall be as open as possible to become true benefactors of His grace.

This means we are oblige to pay a homage to Our King, like knights did to theirs ruler.
Such homage seems to be about giving up (bad books, stupid TV shows, one's laziness, impurity etc.) rather than giving.

Yet by so doing, you will grant your Saviour with well-prepared place to reign over.

Then He will win any battle for you, no matter what your weakness might be.
Just trust in Him and let Him into your heart - a fortress predestined to be rebuild, solid and therefore the victorious one.

Christ the King, help us.

On some fair replacement (meditation on the birds of the air)

Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more  value than they?

Jesus Christ
(Matthew 6:26)

I need to be loved, I need a new car, a new house...And after all I am extremely unhappy and limited. In my opinion many people, even among Christians, may agree with such statement.
It is obvious that money along with various things, are necessary: They provide us with the opportunity to lead a decent life.
Yet is leading above-mentioned life enough to be happy?
No, the true happiness can be found only in Jesus (and thru Him- in your neighbours).
As we know He has replaced perfectly "I" with "you"-
let's learn from Him.
By so doing we will be granted with much greater freedom compared to described birds of the air.

Novena To Our Lady of Hope (EN-PL)

Novena To Our Lady of Hope

I am the mother of fair love, and of fear, and of knowledge, and of holy hope. In me is all grace of the way and of the truth; in me is all hope of life and of virtue. Come to me all that desire me and be filled with my fruits (Sirach 24:24-26).
O Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Grace, Hope of the world.
Hear us, your children, who cry to you
Let Us Pray
O God, who by the marvelous protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary has strengthened us firmly in hope, grant we beseech You, that by persevering in prayer at her admonition, we may obtain the favors we devoutly implore. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Prayer to Our Lady of Hope
O Mary, my Mother, I kneel before you with heavy heart. The burden of my sins oppresses me. The knowledge of my weakness discourages me. I am beset by fears and temptations of every sort. Yet I am so attached to the things of this world that instead of longing for Heaven I am filled with dread at the thought of death.
O Mother of Mercy, have pity on me in my distress. You are all-powerful with your Divine Son. He can refuse no request of your Immaculate Heart. Show yourself a true Mother to me by being my advocate before His throne. O Refuge of Sinners and Hope of the Hopeless, to whom shall I turn if not you?
Obtain for me, then, O Mother of Hope, the grace of true sorrow for my sins, the gift of perfect resignation to God's Holy Will, and the courage to take up my cross and follow Jesus. Beg of His Sacred Heart the special favor that I ask in this novena.
(Make your request.)
But above all I pray, O dearest Mother, that through your most powerful intercession my heart may be filled with Holy Hope, so that in life's darkest hour I may never fail to trust in God my Savior, but by walking in the way of His commandments I may merit to be united with Him, and with you in the eternal joys of Heaven. Amen.
Mary, our Hope, have pity on us.
Hope of the Hopeless, pray for us.
3 Hail Marys

The power of motherhood

Nobody knows exactly what the Holy Trinity is. The One, and Its mystery  would not be revealed to any one of us completely even in Heaven.
Although Trinity can not be comprehend, elements of Its manifestation are there for us.
I speak of the Power of God,  the Wisdom of  Jesus Christ and the Love of  Holy Spirit.
An imitation of above-mentioned qualities seems to be a heaven-giving combination.
But it such imitation possible at all? And how to obtain it?

Look at Mary: She had been granted with power (to believe in God's Word), with wisdom( to accept His Will) and finally with Love( to fulfil God's Plan for Her).

And all of this...Due to Her Maternity.

So please say Rosary for aborted, disabled or unwanted children and imitate Mary's fiat all the time. There is no better way to get closer to the most Holy Trinity.

This can be your mission too (just turn your TV on)

My life is an instant,
An hour which passes by;
My life is a moment
Which I have no power to stay.
You know, O my God,
That to love You here on earth -
I have only today.

—St. Therese of Lisieux

St. Therese's mission of saving as many souls as she possibly could for Christ began when She realised how much of His precious Blood had been outpoured, and how much He had thirsting for our goodness. She was so moved for almost nobody seemed to care about this situation.

Is His situation better today?

Today you don't have to be a mystic in order to see Jesus in need-
all it takes is to turn your TV set on and watch coverages from Haiti, Somalia, Pakistan etc.

Whatever you did for "the little ones" of these countries, you did to Him.

Pray that you may do what is right.

Mary, Mother of the Eucharist

Holy Virgin Mary was granted with many titles. Some of them are much more impressive than others; yet the title of Mother of the Eucharist seems to reflect Her Mission and Role for the Church  in a perfect manner.

She, a humble human being, was elevated by and thru Christ,
and She protected Him in Her Heart regardless of circumstances.

That's why She can be set as a model for all of us, Catholics:
the model that remind us that the real trust is always rewarded

Pray that we may bring Life( by acting as missionaries of the Eucharistic Christ) to this word like Mary did.

Who is like God ( on some good place to start from)?

I find Him everywhere while doing the wash as well as while praying

 Bl. Elisabeth of Trinity

During our lifetime, we often are tempted to say: ''why am I here, why God did this to me? I would be happier as''...
The point is that God knows better where we should be.

Although we all are human beings ''naturally equipped'' with plans, desires and hopes,  He has HIS plan for us. That plan is heaven( and not necessary... Whatever you want to put here) .

Are we ready to seek heaven (from) where He want us to, in order to find Him (and not ourselves)?

If not, then we may at the end get to some other place. The one prepared for egoists and self-seekers(look at the proudest of angels- Lucipher), filled with their teardrops.

Are you ready for such world?

Some major conference concering life issues took place at Princeton University last week (look at: http://www.c-fam.org/publications/id.1722/pub_detail.asp).

One of its participants, professor Singer, stated that:

“An infant has no moral status because he is not self-aware”.

Let's think over his statement for a while. Although I'm neither an ethicist nor a biologist, it is obvious to me that so-called self-awareness may be observed (to a some degree) among some species of animals (for further reading please visit:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capuchin_monkey).
Moreover above-mentioned self-awareness has absolutely nothing to do with moral issues.

Argumentation that professor Singer gave, may lead us to some terrible world of future  in which - as I see it:

1) A mature animal would be granted with greater scope of rights, when compared to some young or disabled human being;

2) Morality would be assessed by some psychological tests and tools, and not in the reference to the human heart.

Are we ready for such world, the one full of wise words... And absurdity?

Stand up and fight again

Have you been crushed by your sin recently? If so, do not give up your fight for Heaven.Although you may feel unworthy,
confess your sins with a confidence and let your guardian angel to remind you often of two famous statments that Theresa of Avilla made a few centuries ago:

  • I alone am nothing, yet with Jesus I can be everything(He wants me to be).
and
  • It is love alone that gives worth to all things

These words of before-mentioned Spanish saint tell us so much about our Saviour and His Mercy.

The greatest joy and mystery is that we all are destined to be in Heaven. And we hopefully will get  there not only for our merits, but for our love-giver, Jesus the Christ.

On some uncontaminated sources ( What the philosophy is about)

It can by said that so-called modern philosophy that fascinates so many people has nothing to do with the real philosophy.
Just take a look at the names of some well known philosophical branches of  20th century :

-Deconstructivism
-Absurdism
-Nihilism
(...)

The real philosophy shall lead a thinker to the Wisdom, in other words to the Unity of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty.  Now, do you know Whose above-mentioned atributes are?

Yes, a philosopher shall be at least open to God's existence, and Neither Derrida nor Camus and Nietzsche were.

So if you want to be the Philosopher someday,  you would better start with good and reliable names on your ''must read'' list:

St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustin,  St. Theresa Benedicta of the Cross, Joseph Mary Bochenski or John Paul II definitely knew what  the philosophy is about.

Just do it with love ( message for busy men)

Saint Therese of Lisieux has been proclaimed 33th Doctor of the Church not for some outstatnding intelectual skills of her.

In fact, she was not a theologian, she just knew the power of Love( that is the ultimate condition for sainthood).

The One that can be practiced by virtually anyone. No matter if you are 9 year-old or 99 year-old- you still can offer all your deeds ( small or big ones alike)  with greater love.

And you alwars have so many things to do, haven't you?

St. Therese, pray for us!

If you want it Jesus, I want it too...

This famous statement of Bl. Chiara Badano (1971-1990) undoubtedly consists only the words of wisdom.
''If you want it Jesus...''. These nine words can sometimes be as heavy as a wooden cross, yet try them out when the despair is not far from your heart.

The word „it”used here in the context of a bone cancer may mean virtually everything to you – from the disability experienced by you to the death of your Parent(s).

No matter what is bothering you right now, offer it up to Him as soon as possible. He knows how to transform your pain into hope and joy. For He has carried His Cross before without complaining. That's why He is carried and served by the most beautiful angels right now.

Bl. Chiara Badano, pray for us!

Two pillars and one real home

In all the events of life, you must recognize the Divine will. Adore and bless it, especially in the things which are the hardest for you.

St. Father Pio

St. Father Pio knows well what are the most important values in the world. Obedience, and humble thanksgiving to the Lord are the pillars of Heaven's Gate.

Are you at good path to Heaven then? Or perhaps you'd rather like to choose  kingdom of this world? The second choice seems to offer you much more. The first is not attractive at first glance.

Regardless of your answer to above-mentioned questions,  choices related to them will be permanent.

Choose wisely for  Father's cosy house is always better than some splendid slavemaster's home.

St. Father Pio, pray for us.

Bo mimo jego wagi, to Ty mi go Jezu dałeś

Simple question, difficult answer

Father Solanus Casey, Capuchin Franciscan, said ( just before his death) :

''I'm offering my suffering that all might be one". What kind of words and actions will you pass to the world at the time of your final days? What will be your last message like?

Will it bring you and other people to the unity of Heaven or to the division of Hell?

A stone or a prayer?

We are often tempted to say : this priest is so and so, how can he even prach...It is obvious that however a priest shall try  as much as he can to be in full conformity with his Master, Jesus Christ,  not all of priests in general manage to fulfill such goal.
But before you cast the first stone of accusation at them , think of yourself. How many times have you brought Christ to your friends? Perhaps there were much more opportunities to ''grant'' them rather with Judas' kiss instead.

Only the priest - either strong or weak brings our Lord to this world.

Zawierzony paradoks (PL)

Zawierzony paradoks

Let His Cross be the one of your.   And be happy for  then your will find  the ultimate goal of your vocation and strenght to fulfill it at the same time.

The fear is useless

What does it mean to lead a paceful life?It is obvious that peace can be defined as a state of fearlessness experienced by any particular creature.
It can be granted to brave-hearted man that loves and fulfills God's Will whenever it is possible- in seasson and out of seasson.

Only by so doing you will be able to love and be in peace with other people as well - no matter if they accept you or not.
There is nothing to fear of if love is your ultimate answer- it can't hurt neither God nor men; yet you have to choose it freely :
for peace, like love starts with the decision of an individual person.

God, give us opportunity to love You and Your Creation, so the real peace can be planted in our hearts,
through Mary, Mother of Peace-
amen.

Skrzydła na (trudną) Drogę (PL)

O, Panie, spraw, abym nie tyle szukał pociechy, co pocieszał;
Nie tyle szukał zrozumienia, co rozumiał;
nie tyle szukał miłości, co kochał.
Ponieważ dając siebie, otrzymujemy;
zapominając o sobie, odnajdujemy siebie;
a przebaczając, zyskujemy przebaczenie.

św. Franciszek z Asyżu

Gdy Ci smutno i czujesz się samotny, spójrz sercem na tę modlitwę i żyj nią, wierząc że gdy w Twoim życiu najpierw jest Bóg, potem Bliźni, na końcu zaś Ty, sam najpokorniejszy Chrystus wskazuje Ci Drogę do Nieba, pomagając nieść ciężar.

Wtedy Twój krzyż, miast być balastem- uskrzydli.

The Rose of Wisdom

People of Ireland have got  something in common: they  are generally faithfull to Jesus and Mary, experienced with  the pain of the past, and distanced when it comes to so-called new streams and moods.

Perhaps that is why Our Lady of Knock gave Her blessing to all of them on some rainy summer day.

Inviduals from other countries can draw a lesson from above-described attitude of Irish too .

If they do so, Mary can come to them offering rose of wisdom that shined through Her crown as she granted Emerald Isle with Her presence.

Lady of Knock, pray that we may be wise, get to Heaven and stay There with Your Son forever.

The puzzle that needs to be solved

Mary – why do Catholics need Her?
The main reason is: because Jesus gave Her to us as She stood at the foot of the C R oss.
Without the Holiest Virgin it would be much more difficult for us to trust:

-In the real presence of the child( not cells) in woman's womb( The Visitation),
-In the power of Jesu s ( The Weeding at Cana),
-That every p a in can be endured and overcame( The Crucifixion of Her Son),
-That eve r y human being can get to Heaven too ( The Assumption),
-That one can onl y be awarded by God for their own ''Fiat'' ( The Annunciation).

Now, try to read bolded letters in the right order and remember that Her's Holy Rosary ties us perfectly with the Lamb.
Hold Mary's hand during your pilgrimage on this earth and you will get to Her only Son in Heaven for sure.

Mary, show us the Way, tell us the Truth, help us in knowing the Life!

On some OLD myth

We often think of sanctity in a following manner:

''It is beyond my strength, besides I am too young to think about it at this moment. Perhaps later, as I get older it would be possible''.

But sanctity is not related to one's age, experience, position, strength etc. at all. It only has to do with a courageous maturity . The one that helps us to develop a real ( in other words sacrificial) bond and intimate relation with loved persons (among them- what is obvious- God shall be placed at the first place) regardless of bad times, moods, persecutions...

Such bond led bl. José Luis Sánchez(14-year-old) and bl. Isidore Bakanja, Martyr of the Brown Scapular(14-year-old) to pay the greatest price for the Person they loved so much – that is for Virgin Mary.

So next time as you will be tempted to ask: ''How old is he?There is nothing he can teach me about...'', stop and ask instead:''How mature is he?'' and ''does he really love?''.

For only the sacrificial love is a proper measure of sanctity in a world we live in

...The one full of childish adults and brave children...

Ave Crux, Spes unica

The 3rd part of Chapter III (named: At the Foot of the Cross) from the Collected Works of bl. Edith Stein( Vol. IV) begins with words "Hail, Cross, our only hope!''.

This great Carmelite nun is also widely known for Her work Science of the Cross.

You may ask: where exactly these hope and wisdom can be traced? And why are they coming from the cross? Isn't it an absurd? For nobody  likes to suffer, moreover one's suffering seems to be pointless.

Above-mentioned gifts come directly from Jesus. Without His transforming power the cross would have no meaning at all, or rather would be a scandal(as it was stated in Ancient Times). But Jesus' Cross gives us the real hope and the real wisdom: the first one tells us that our pain is useful; the second teaches us how to use it, and what is more important – why to use it.

St. Theresa Benedicta of the Cross, pray for us!

Life sentence

Your child suffers from a cerebral palsy... For many parents of newborns, these words are even worse than a life sentence.
Yet, they will be your sentence for THE LIFE if you think and pray deeply over them. The ONE thay you can spend with Trinitary God, Mary, Angels. Just listen to J.M. Escriva. I have got nothing to add at this moment.

On two ''simple'' words ( wisdom of St. Francis)

''Preach the Gospel always, and if necessary, use words" (Saint Francis of Assisi)

This statement of Saint Francis seems to be simple and easy to understand at first glance.
Yet it is not easy to put it into action, to really live in accordance with these words.

Where is the point of such proposal?

We are obliged to be "true practitioners of Christianity" for one simple reason:
there will be no future believers in the world devoid of true love for Jesus.
And the true love can only be defined as a sacrificial action.

Now we reach the conclusion : mere words have nothing to do neither with action nor with sacrifice.

Pray for me, please.

The wedding time will come

''We should always be disposed to believe that that which appears white is really black, if the hierarchy of the Church so decides'' ( I. Loyola- founder of the Society of Jesus)

Above-mentioned quotation is often presented as a so-called proof for Jesuits' fideism and fanaticism. In fact, only a short-sighted person can spread such harmful opinions. For the greatest wisdom can be found in these words; Look: if the Church has been authorised by the Power of Jesus, is not She infallible ( at least in the matter of faith an moral issues) by a definition?

Besides, Our Lord knew that Devil is a liar and deceiver – that is why He gave us Saint I. Loyola. This brave man realised that the only sure norm and provision for our salvation is a firm obedience to the Church.

For only if a servant is obedient to the Bride-to-be, the future Bridegroom will pay him abundantly at the wedding time.

Saint Ignatius, pray for us!

Her Grace, our Hope ( on the importance of one "fiat")

Is the Brown Scapular only a piece of cloth? Some people of course say so. And they are almost right. Almost, for there is one important thing that they seemingly do not remember about:
Above-mentioned piece of cloth has been given and blessed by Mary, the Flower of Carmel herself. From that time on it is the Cloth of Grace. For everything can be changed due to Her ideal "FIAT".

Thus try hard to be as humble and good as She is, and - as a proud holder of the Brown Scapular (even if you are a sinner as well)- never doubt in Her own words, directed to St. Simon Stock:

"Receive, my beloved son, this habit of thy order: This shall be to thee and to all Carmelites a privilege, that whosoever dies clothed in this shall never suffer eternal fire".

And Carmel means the Garden of God

Our Lady of Mount Carmel is often described as the Mother, the Sister and the Patroness of the whole Carmelite Order.

Understanding seems to be some kind of unifying value here: this word is related to all above-mentioned functions and qualities of  Her. Yet, where is a practical dimension of such discovery?
Sister helps us, mother guides us, and the patroness knows all about us.
All we -as the pilgrims on this earth- have to do is...Trust that She will always be at our side during our way to Mount Carmel.

Mary, pray for us and show us the way!

Treasure of Ireland

Landscape of Ireland. Source: Google Search Engine
Jesus loves  children. They were presented by Him as the sure Heaven-takers. That is why, I think all of us, adults shall be similar as much as possible to the little ones . Of course it does not mean that we should be childish. Who can be then shown as a good example of wise, yet very young and simple person?   In my opinion the best answer is:  little Nelly of Ireland.

This Holy girl, who died at the age of 4 had shown during her short life a great understanding of God combined with the great love for Him. For this reason,  although She had not been an angel,  the gift of Holy Communion was granted to her.

Please, study the life of this holy girl and find out that the mind and simplicity are not always contradictory to each other.

Not one miracle, not one Heart

The Catholic Church has commemorated the Immaculate Heart of Mary recenly. Devotion to IHoM was often connected by people with the "Miracle of Sun" that had happened in Fatima in the year1917. Yet, there have been many other miracles attributed to above-mentioned Heart. One of such (not well known) miracles is  for sure the life path of  fr. Corapi, S.O.L.T. This man brings so many people back to the Church that the word ''miracle'' can be used freely in his case.

Let's pray that we may always be tools of Mary shaped in Her Immaculate Heart. Tools that can bring our family, friends and mates to the global  Salvation that will warm Heart of Her Son up.

Fatimiskie pytania (PL)

Prawdopodobnie przejął się On symbolami męki, którą to zwiastowali Mu św.

On w swej Mądrości to wiedział:
dlatego właśnie powierzył nas ukochanej Matce.

Módl się za nami Maryjo.

Jesus I trust in You

There are the moments that leave all of us breathless.Sudden and tragic death of Polish President - Mr Lech Kaczyński, his wife Maria and many others is one of the most tragic events in Poland's history.

All that can be said right now is "Jesus I trust in You".
Pray for above-mentioned plane crash victims, please.

Repeat this simple, yet powerful statement as often as you can.If you do so, our Lord will calm every storm in your life.

Sunday 21 February 2010

All we need is...

What is the most important feature of every human being? Is it his/her abilty to work, to create facilities or improvements? Some of us will agree with this statement. Yet, the core of the Human Sprirt is determined only by LOVE.

Can an ant(undoubtly the greatest builder known in the animal kingdom) love or be loved? Of course not.
It is obvious then that fulfilment of our mission in this world is strongly connected with our intimacy with the other persons - among which God is the greatest one.

On the issue of liberalism

Abortion – for many it is the greatest evil ever made, for some- the matter of choice/liberty.

Where is the true about it?

Members of so called pro-choice movement often say that they are liberty's protectors. They want to be considered as the liberal people. Yet, they absolutely are not the men of this kind.

How can a liberal man take the life of innocent child? It other words: how can he or she take somebody's else right to living? Such actions are not liberal at all.

Only the Catholic Church is liberal in a broad sense. By protecting human's right to life she enables all human beings to exercise their freedom.
