Between Cross and Resurrection

Some people are either hostile toward Jesus or do not understand Him at all. Both His Cross and His Glory seem to be incomprehensible to them, so-called "all-knowing" men.
In the past, however, neither the Blessed Virgin Mary nor Our Lord's disciples treated Him and His redemptive Mission in this way.
Despite of the blasphemous voices such as:  "Why won't You get down from your Cross", and "He is not risen, this could not be the case, even if somebody says so" there was unceasing hope in Mary and followers of Jesus. They knew well that any pain or unbelievable surprise may be accepted with trust if only
experienced in closeness to the Messiah, the One who -- no matter of what -- was, still is, and always will be the Ultimate Reason, Hope, and Strength for us all.

Mary Said Yes

What is so special about the Blessed Virgin Mary? Of course She is, and always will be, the Mother of Jesus, and of us all...The question posed here may, therefore, be formulated in a different manner, i.e: ''WHO makes Her so remarkable?''.
Still there is one feature of Our Lady that enabled Her to became all She is now– Theotokos and Mediatrix of all Graces. The Woman that – from the moment of the Annunciation – may be emulated by all the mothers, pro-lifers, physicians …

Today some women may feel uncertain about the future of their children, some other may even be scared...
They all seem to forget that not them, but God alone will take care of each and every life-to-come.
Mary had known this from Her childhood and she simply confirmed it with Her "yes" at the time of the Annunciation.

I think that God granted Her with the special Mission because She was, and still is, the humblest Woman one can imagine. By emptying Her heart from egoism and fear She made it open to the LOVE alone...
The One that is stronger than any kind of uncertainty.

Jesus I trust in You

There are the moments that leave all of us breathless.Sudden and tragic death of Polish President - Mr Lech Kaczyński, his wife Maria and many others is one of the most tragic events in Poland's history.

All that can be said right now is "Jesus I trust in You".
Pray for above-mentioned plane crash victims, please.

If you would only trust

Last Sunday marked some special time of the year. The one is known as The Divine Mercy Day. Many of us live in the state of sin – and what is the worst thing – do not want to reconcile with the Christ at all.

Perhaps we believe that God's presence won't change anything in our life and that the sin is nothing but an old-fashioned idea. On the other hand- we may think that there is no hope for us because of our sinful deeds.

I am talking here about the greatest mistakes men can possibly make. For the sin is real. And the greatest one is the lack of hope in God's infinite mercy.
