A gambit

A professional chess player sacrifices a pawn at the beginning of a game in order to reach some vantage point later. That's what they call the gambit.

In our lives there can be many gambits too. In my opinion, one of them is person's disability.

Suffering can change the whole world – even if the same world does not change its attitude toward man who suffers.

With a specific kind of impairment some of our opportunities may be lost for now, but that's not God's last move.

We can reach an eternal happiness through accepting that we are the parts of a greater plan.
