For Heart needs hearts...

 

Our world suffers a lot from being out of touch with reality. One of the greatest manifestations of this problem is our lack of faith in the real presence of Our Lord in the Eucharist. It is so, in my opinion, for the one simple reason:

While concentrating on Jesus' Holy Presence during each and every holy day of obligation, we often forget that He needs intimacy all the time - not only on Sundays and solemnities.

Moreover, neither golden monstrance nor the finest tabernacle, can be a sufficient excuse for us, who are so unwilling to provide Our Lord with the best dwelling place that He himself designed...

Please look at Mary, the first living tabernacle, and realise that even one human heart means more to Jesus than all the golden cans in the world combined.

He can be even closer

Throughout the ages some theologians have tried to describe God in a positive manner,telling us who He may be. The others - on the other hand - have been focused on showing us 'negative pictures' of the Creator.Whatever can or cannot be said about Our Lord, one thing about Him can be proven with certainty:God is a loving Person,and you are able to get know Him even right now - just partake in the Eucharist, pray for the good disposition of your heart, and be filled with the fullness of God's Love for you, your family and the whole world.

Eucharist means thanksgiving

Eucharist means thanksgiving.

In the light of that knowledge lets ask ourselves: do we really and always appreciate Jesus' real presence in the Eucharist?

All of us know that at a Holy Mass He gives us His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity needed for our Salvation . It is true – and you can replace all of above-mentioned Gifts from God with one word which is „the fullness”. There is a good time to ask another question: can you give Him all of what you have got - no matter of cost?

Jesus will be fully appreciated and He will give us His full appreciation if we strife to reply positively to the presented questions.
