The before-mentioned tiny world may only be enlarged through your openness toward others.
Of course you must be careful: be kind and helpful, but do not share your intimate problems with them. You may focus on yourself if the temptation to accuse a man for no real reason comes - that's the only exception.
And last but not least – smile as often as possible :).
